Remi Courcenet, Food & Beverage Manager


A native of Burgundy, France, Remi has been in the restaurant industry for the past 10 years. He became a part of the Modern family in June 2008 to bring a kitchen to the Modern Bar. Remi has always been a foodie and wine lover and discovered the cocktail culture with great pleasure. Most importantly, Remi really enjoys working with a group of people that are equally as passionate about design, culture and cuisine. This makes his talents a perfect fit for the Modern. Some of his favorite drinks are the Sazerac, ti-punch and the Martinez. The decision about what to drink really depends on the mood.
