Keeping downtown Boise “sweet” since 1901, the Idaho Candy Company provides their iconic Idaho Spud Bars for hungry travelers stopping at the Modern Hotel. Every guest receives one of these bites of Idahoan history when they check in to our hotel.
Situated in Boise’s Bodo district, the Idaho Candy Company has been producing candy in the same factory for over 100 years.
They carry an assortment of hand crafted classic candy as well as many of their very own creations.
