February 20, 2025 at JUMP from 10am – 5 pm, FARE Idaho welcomes you to the third annual Field to Fork Festival, where Idaho’s independent food and beverage community comes together to share, learn, and grow. This vibrant event connects the people who grow, make, and serve our food with those who support and rely on them. Thanks to generous sponsors and a USDA FMPP grant, Field to Fork is free to attend.
With more than 80 Idaho producers, distributors, and industry partners participating in our interactive trade fair, Field to Fork is a place to explore new products, strengthen relationships, and discover the incredible network that keeps Idaho’s food scene thriving. Throughout the day, chef-led classes and live demonstrations will highlight local ingredients, while expert panels will offer valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing Idaho’s food system.
The way we eat, source, and support local food matters. Field to Fork is a chance to celebrate the people behind Idaho’s food economy while gaining a deeper appreciation for the work that makes it all possible. Whether you’re a food producer, chef, retailer, or simply someone who values independent businesses, this event is for you.
