Our talented Chef Nate Whitley and his team are creating a tasting menu inspired by their favorite aphrodisiac ingredients. This rousing menu can be complemented with an optional drink pairing, designed by Rémi Courcenet and the bar crew. Expect unusual combinations and exciting flavors!

* Two Seatings available: 6pm and 9pm // February 14
* Menu is $80/person + optional $40 drink pairing (may include cocktail, beer and wine)
* Seats available at tables or at the bar
* The menu will feature foraged ingredients // vegetables // herbs // seafood // meat // dairy from local Idaho Farms and Pacific Northwest Purveyors.
