Sauna Social Club will host 60-minute community sauna + cold plunge sessions at the Modern 7am-2pm the first Saturday & Sunday of each month:

Book yourself a spot on the bench of this incredible wood fired sauna! There will also be solo “ice pod” cold plunges set up outside of the sauna so you can experience several full thermic cycles of hot & cold throughout the session.
$25.00 per person for one hour – towel, electrolyte water, and essential oils included.

For community sauna sessions: Bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes and a towel. It’s best if you come with your swimsuit under your digs as we have one changing room in the entryway that can get backed up if your whole crew needs to suit up. Within the changing room is storage for your personal items and your change of clothes. We have a phone charger in there too as your phone will overheat in the sauna & really…isn’t this the perfect opportunity to put that thing away for a little while? FAQs
